What changed
HighLevel has introduced an enhanced permission system, allowing agencies to control access to over 80 features for their sub-accounts, up from about 30-35 previously. Permissions are now organized hierarchically: Category > Module > Feature, making navigation and management much clearer. This new structure is implemented across all permission settings, whether directly on a sub-account or via SaaS plans.

This update is crucial for whitelabeling agencies, ensuring that when you disable a feature, it reliably disappears from your clients' view. The organized hierarchy simplifies finding specific settings, eliminating the need to scroll through lengthy lists. How to use it
Navigate to your sub-account settings or SaaS plan configuration to manage feature permissions. Utilize the new Category > Module > Feature structure to quickly locate and adjust access levels. Existing permission settings have been automatically carried over, so no current access has been revoked.
