Events Beta Now Open to ALL Agencies in HighLevel Labs!

What changed

Previously, agencies had to request manual access to the Events beta by providing a Location ID; now, it's accessible to everyone via HighLevel Labs. This update allows agency admins to enable Events for all or selected sub-accounts and control visibility without contacting HighLevel support.

Events brings the complete event lifecycle into HighLevel, including creating free/paid/RSVP events, managing details, building custom event pages, selling tickets with coupons, issuing QR tickets for check-in, and integrating with Workflows for automation.

Why it matters

This change significantly broadens access to the Events platform, empowering agencies to explore and deploy event management solutions for their clients independently. It’s a crucial step in moving Events out of a limited beta, allowing more agencies to provide feedback and help shape the future development of this powerful feature.

How to use it

Agency admins can enable Events by navigating to Agency Settings → Labs → Sub-Account → Events. From there, you can choose to enable Events for all sub-accounts or select specific ones, and also control whether Events appears in individual sub-account Labs. Once enabled, Events will be available under Memberships → Events within the sub-account. Start experimenting with event creation, ticket sales, attendee management, and workflow automations to integrate events seamlessly into client strategies.
