Instant Reschedule Links: Simplify Appointment Management!
Go HighLevel now allows you to generate and copy appointment reschedule links directly from any appointment record, making it easier to assist clients.
What changed
HighLevel has rolled out a new feature allowing users to instantly generate and copy a reschedule link for any existing appointment. This functionality is available across Meetings and Services.
Why it matters
Previously, clients had to find an old email or notification to reschedule, or you'd have to navigate through more complex steps. Now, you can quickly provide a reschedule link on demand, improving customer service and saving valuable time for both your agency and your clients.
How to use it
Open any appointment from Contacts, Conversations, Appointments, or Opportunities. Click the Appointment Actions icon. Select "Generate Reschedule Link." The link will appear instantly; click "Copy Link" and share it with your customer. Customers can then use this link to choose a new time for their appointment seamlessly.
